Painting has been a passion of mine since childhood., but sadly, until only a few years ago, my misguided need for perfection stopped me from doing what I love.

I have discovered that my best creations happen when I can paint with abandon.  Without worry for the end result or if others will like it.   When I allow the process to bring me into the moment, I find that I can express that which I cannot in other ways.

Through painting I am learning to live my authentic self, not afraid to make mistakes, and not afraid to put myself out there.    If a certain piece speaks to you and helps to inspire you on your own journey, then I am myself further inspired.
