Shipping & Delivery

All orders require 8-10 business days for production prior to shipping. Orders with 6 or more items may take longer.    Please be aware that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are subject to delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction.   All products are made to order, but there is always a chance that an imperfection slipped through the cracks.    If that happens please send us an email within 5 days of receipt, and we will gladly replace the item as quickly as possible.   

You may cancel your order any time within 10 hours of placing it.  A full refund will be issued.  

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt with an applicable 20% fee and return delivery charges are your responsibility.   Please email us for return details.

We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, however, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the artwork.
